We ship across India with tracked courier services.

Dispatch
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation (not counting Sundays and public holidays). Made-to-order and custom furniture ships when it is ready; we tell you the expected date when we confirm the order.
Delivery time
Deliveries usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.
Charges
Shipping is free. Cash on delivery orders carry an extra ₹70. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us, we email you the courier's name and tracking number. You can also find them any time on the order page in My orders.
Receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged or tampered with, note it with the courier if you can, take photos, and request a return from your order page — see our returns policy.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we will contact you. We can re-ship it (the shipping charge applies again) or cancel and refund the order minus the shipping cost.
