Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from My orders until we confirm it. Once an order is confirmed we start picking and packing it, and it can no longer be cancelled online. If something is wrong with a confirmed order, contact us straight away and we will do what we can before it ships.

We may cancel an order ourselves if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to the address. We will tell you by email and refund anything you paid in full.

Returns

Returns are by request. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, request a return from the order page in My orders within 7 days of delivery. Tell us what went wrong and add photos of the item and the packaging — it helps us approve the request quickly.

We review every request and reply within two working days. If we approve it, we tell you how to send the item back. Please return it with its original packaging and accessories.

We cannot accept returns for:

• items damaged by misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect assembly or installation;
• custom or made-to-order pieces built to your specification;
• items marked as not returnable on the product page;
• items that were simply ordered by mistake or are no longer needed, once they have shipped.

Refunds

• Paid online: refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, through Razorpay. We start the refund within two working days of a cancellation, or of receiving and checking a returned item. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.
• Cash on delivery: we refund by bank transfer or UPI to an account you give us.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the whole order is cancelled before dispatch, or when a return is our fault (wrong, damaged or faulty item).
